Not draining
Water remains after the cycle
Filter blockage, drain hose restriction, pump failure or a control issue may be responsible.
Not spinning
Drum is slow or stationary
Drive belt, motor, brush, clutch, sensor or board interaction can be involved.
Leaking
Water around the machine
Inspect visible hoses and seals, stop the machine if water is pooling, and arrange service.
Vibration
Machine moves during spin
Check load balance and levelling. Suspension or counterweight faults may require repair.
No power
Machine does not respond
Power supply, switch, wiring or PCB faults should be assessed safely.
Odor
Persistent smell or buildup
Cleaning, detergent habits, drainage and trapped moisture are common contributors.
